How do I make a booking?

Complete the online booking form. We'll confirm availability within 24 hours. Once your deposit is paid, your booking will be confirmed, and you'll be all set for your guests to share their unfiltered thoughts, memories, and well-wishes through recorded audio that you can cherish forever.

What deposit is required to secure my booking?

Accepted Answer

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The final payment must be made 30 days before your event.

How long is the hire?

Our standard hire period  is 5 days.

We'll dispatch your chosen phone 48 hours before your scheduled event, and arrange for the return postage the next working day after your event. If you need a longer return period, let us know when making your booking request. While extended returns are not guaranteed, we'll try our best to accommodate your request where possible.

What if I am having a destination wedding?

Whilst we don't currently offer destination weddings, we'd be delighted to capture the moments of your UK wedding upon your return home. Feel free to book our services for your local celebration.

What if the date of my event changes?

No need to worry—these things happen!

If your new date is open, we'll transfer your booking at no additional cost. Unfortunately, if the new date is unavailable, you'll need to cancel your booking.

What if I need to cancel the hire?

Accepted Answer

In the event of a cancellation, your 50% deposit is non-refundable, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
